Frequently Asked
Questions
1. How do I get an offer for my property?
To receive an offer for your property simply fill in your address and contact info and we will give you a phone call as soon as possible. You can also simply call us at your convenience. One of our team members will take some time to better understand your situation, your property, and what you are trying to accomplish.
2. In which cities does Resolved buy and sell homes?
Resolved is able to assist you with your real estate challenges in nearly every corner of the country. Should we not be able to assist you directly, we will do our best to provide you with any other information we have that can help you resolve your real estate objectives.
3. Will Resolved pay me what Zillow says my property is worth?
This is a great question. The simple answer is likely to be no. Zillow simply estimates a value for any property but doesn’t take into consideration a property’s condition, needed repairs, style and many other features. Our skilled team will consider everything about a property and situation to determine our opinion of potential market value for a property, the costs associated with repairs, utilities, and more to determine an accurate and competitive AS-IS offer.
4. Do I need to be moved before we close escrow?
Most of our clients do, but if you specifically need this to be able to sell your home, we are happy to discuss how to make that happen.
5. Does Resolved buy homes with tenants still in them?
Yes we do. We will consider the current situation and lease terms but we can buy homes with tenants in place.
6. Are there any hidden fees?
No there are not. When we purchase a home we cover the typical closing costs a seller pays. A seller is responsible for any liens, mortgages, or taxes that are owed. But otherwise no hidden fees or realtor commissions are owed.
7. Is Resolved a real estate brokerage?
No we are not. We do not represent ourselves as a real estate brokerage nor do we represent any sellers as their agents. We are a direct to seller buyer of real estate. We are however happy to work with any seller that has a real estate they would like to represent them.
8. Which types of homes does Resolved purchase?
We purchase single family homes, condos, townhouses, multi-family buildings, raw land and some commercial properties.
9. How long does the process take to sell a property to Resolved?
We are very flexible with closing times. Once we arrive at an agreement to purchase a property, most sellers want 30-45 days to pack up and move. However, we can close more quickly or ever go longer. It really just depends on your needs.
10. I have been sent a postcard. How do I get my name removed from the mailing list?
